Kahuku’s Alo adds 138 class to haul

Kahuku’s Teniya Alo is currently wrestling at 138 pounds. Bruce Asato / Star-Advertiser

Kahuku’s Teniya Alo wrestled at 132 last week and was as dominant as ever with no obvious effects from the physical match she encountered with Radford’s Angela Peralta the week before.

She never intended on staying at 145 and sources say she will wrestle at either 127 or 132, whichever provides the most competitive bracket.

Alo, who wrestled at 122 last year, won Officials in December at 127.
