Player Profile: Draeton 'Laga' Thompson
Although Laga would rather be doing an interview after having an outstanding game he graciously allowed me to interview him @ picture day on August 7th.
Draeton 'Laga' Thompson is the son of Taki and Leialoha Thompson. He is a senior in the class of 2018. He plays linebacker, defensive end, safety, and hopes to see some time and wide receiver too. He is listed at 6'3" and 225 lbs.
I'm just happy for him that he's healthy! He exhibited so much promise as a sophomore starter in his first game on the varsity level in 2015. He didn't play another down after that first game and last year nagging injuries kept him off the field again.
Good to see Laga himself happy and ready to play.
